Hello there! I am a mother of 7 lovely children and the wife of My darling Anthony.
I am originally from the UK (Born in Nottingham but spent the last five years in Cornwall from 2005-2010),
And have now been living in Queensland Australia since April 2010.
Here are some pictures of our Cornwall. This is of the village in which we lived for the past five years before emigrating to Australia.
This is Cawsands, this is a few minutes from our home. I loved it here. This was definately my favourite place.
This is Looe, we spent most of our weekends at Looe. This is about 20 mins from our home.
And this is our local beach. we preferred coming here after school, at weekends and when it was winter because it was less packed.
We've been here in Australia now since April 2010. My husband works for a company in the city and I have my own cleaning business. I have completed all levels of Reiki, I also have a number of other interests that I am trying to fit in around my big family life, such as a practising nail technician, Author of a book I'm trying to write, Get back into doing some Artwork, Opening some kind of New Age shop or a tea shop with Rune/Tarot readings inside.! Oh and there is the blessing spells I am trying to get together to earn a little pocket money.
I enjoy reading about Buddhism, when I have the time.
And I do try very hard to live a Buddhist life style.
The dalai Lama inspires me so much...
I also like reading 'The Secret' and 'The Law of Attraction'... Very interesting indeed :)
I also have a love for most things Gypsy. Hence the name on this blog ;)
And I have always had 'itchy feet' and have never really settled in one place for long enough to call home. I use to say in jess 'I must be a Gypsy' and often said 'I have Gypsy blood'... Recently I decided to follow a family-tree, more out of curiousity than anything else. And sure enough. I have found out that I do have Gypsy blood running through me! From far back though.
Apparently, my great great grandfathers were Irish Gypsies and also owned alot of fairground rides at the famous Goosefair in Nottingham UK. This, naturally put a smile on my face.
I have searched the internet for some Gypsy pictures that I get drawn too, I can't remember the sites they came from as I just did a Google search so here goes...
One day I will own one of these, even if it just sits at the end of my garden, I will own one ;)
Gypsy x
